SHIPPING INFO - We ship to all destinations. 

we only sell lenses without prescription.


1. Make sure your address is correct, we only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. We cannot re-route the package once it is been posted.
  

2. We will send out your order in 2 - 5 working days, and we will inform you after the shipment, please check your email account.

3. We ship worldwide Registered Airmail Service with Tracking number. Please awared that may be slow. Please be patient, sometimes takes upto 5 or more weeks for delivery. 

4. The shipping time usually takes 15 - 30 business days to arrive at your side, maybe a little longer or shorter time. We Hope you can understand this.

5. Please make sure the contact lenses pass through the customs in your country before you buy it.

6. We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes and charges. In normal conditions, buyers are not required to pay any fees when they get the packages.



Return and Exchange Policy

For sanitary reasons all products purchased through us are final sale, non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless under these circumstances:

- Defective lens in unopened vial/ blister
- Torn/broken (manufacture defect)
- Wrong product received because of the shop not shipping the correct items
- Any other reason that is not Client's choice or decision, or that is not the result of Client's action

Damaged Product

If the product (contact lenses) purchased becomes defective within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, the customer should contact Us and report it for clarification.

Not considered for warranty purposes: tears, cracks, mold, improper handling, inadequate aseptic products, or proteins and bacteria.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging (glass, blisters or metallic seals) without violation of the manufacturer's original seal, that is, without any intervention causing loss of warranty, accompanied by manual and all accessories.

All products will experience a preliminary review and if non compliance with any of the conditions described in the previous item is detected, the product will be returned to the customer and the delivery cost will be charged.

Damaged products are sent to the manufacturer within 30 days for analysis.
Other products warranty period may vary by supplier.


If you need to return an item, write an e-mail to: lentesonline@outlook.com. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


** Please kindly check the lenses from the bottom of the bottle/ blister  before you open it. **
We do not accept return & replace for reasons:
  • Dislike the color.
  • Exchange to other prescripton,brands/color.
  • Order wrongly for the color and or prescription.
Items received within 7 days are returnable or exchangeable if and ONLY if:
  • Contact llens was torn or broken in the original SEALED vial bottle or blister. No exceptions
  • Contact lens was expired in the original SEALED vial bottle or blister. No exceptions
  • We may even required photos to prove of product, If the contact lens shown any sign of used we will NOT exchange or return.
  • All our lens from the manufactures have a good quality control. 
  • LentesOnline reserves the rights not to return any products after the 7 days as well if the product has already been used.


We will not be responsible for the cost of any item loss under the third party (Postal services). If you want fast and safe shipping, please choose EXpress Shipping  However, we will submit the document and try our best to track the lost item for you.


IMPORTANT NOTE

International shipments may be subjected to duties, taxes, broker and customs charges, all these are responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country, kindly check with your local customs office for further information.

In most case, there will be no duties & taxes charges occur, But if there is any charges occur, we cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of these charge.

Certain country have higher chance of getting duties & taxes charges by their local Customs, such as Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina and Philipines

** We do not make express shipping to PO box, except for Dubai.

Question & Answer

Q : Are goods sold refundable / exchangeable?
A : No. Goods sold cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Q : What if my parcel is returned to LentesOnline?
A : There are possibilities for the above cases.
  • Parcel could not be delivered due to wrong address / undeliverable address.
  • No one pick-up at post office for 2 weeks after notice given
  • Un-contactable via phone or email during delivering period.
Once the parcel has been returned and If you would like to have the parcel back, you will have to pay shipping cost due before the parcel is shipped again. ($13 USD)
To avoid the disappointment above, please double check your shipping address when making your purchase and please confirm there is someone to pick the parcel up at the given address.  To avoid any possibilities of parcel returned, you are advised to check the shipping status as frequent as possible.
